Customer Service is as important to Methasoft UK as it is to you. For an annual support fee you not only have access to top quality support services, but will be provided with the latest
release of the Methasoft™ Treatment Management System as it becomes available.
Using remote access software such as PC Anywhere (sold seperately) our support engineers can access your Methasoft™ server direct to diagnose and fix any problems you may have. Access is completely controlled by you,
with our engineers only able to access your system in direct response to a call for support.
We aim to answer all support calls straight away. If we are unable to take your call immediately, one of our support engineers will call you back within 30 minutes.
